Shipping & Return
Shipping
E’anna has a warehouse in UK and international warehouse based in Brussels. Our team ensures your order is being processed as quickly as possible. Your order will dispatch from the nearest warehouse when possible.
In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors.
Free UK & EU delivery over £20.
(Outside of UK & EU £15 shipping will be added on)
Your order will be dispatched within 3-5 business days excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Returns
We will accept returns for items that are damaged or faulty. Please email us within 14 days of your purchase, so we can coordinate a return for a replacement or refund via the original payment method. You are paying your return postage. The original shipping fee is non-refundable. Refunds exclude any delivery charges.
